Back, Neck, Shoulder pain
Solve using a combination of sports, deep tissue and trigger point therapy the issues related to a sore neck, shoulders and upper back. Often caused from sudden neck movements or repetitive head positions from working and challenging ergonomics at home or the office.
The treatment is specific, engaging yet relaxing.
You will be assessed and the areas causing the issue isolated. Your issues in the neck, shoulders and or upper back can be vastly reduced in one session but often takes 3 or 4 sessions to solve an ongoing problem.
Anxiety | Depression | Stress
Massage is great to release stress and help you feel nurtured. It boosts the happy hormones (Endorphins) in the body and lowers Cortisol levels (the stress hormone).
This unwinding massage will benefit the immune system and improve your mood and headspace.
Massage therapy is one of the ways one can help prevent stress. If, however, you are experiencing intensely, this unwinding massage should take the edge off the feelings of intense worry and anxiety caused by a fast moving, digital life.
*Please note is not advisable to have a treatment whilst you have a cold, flu, or a cough, vomiting, or sickness, or any other contagious viruses or a high temperature. This is because it will make you feel worse post-treatment, as well as spreading it to others.

Jaw pain or Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) soreness - related to a headaches, migraines, sore neck, shoulders and upper back. Often caused from stress and teeth grinding.
This treatment complements the work your dentists is doing to relieve the tension in the jaw and head.
Using a combination of specific, gentle, trigger point and sometimes acupuncture and intra-oral specialist massage therapy.

Lower Back Pain
Lower back soreness can come on suddenly or gradually over a long period of time. If you have sharp disc pain then we recommend you see your physiotherapist first. Provided it's muscular pain then massage therapy for back pain can help ease any aches you are feeling.
A combination of sports, deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release therapy to the structures relating to a sore back. Often caused from sudden movements or repetitive motion whilst lifting heavy items.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
The hands are used in all tasks and having mobile devices to hold has made the use of hands change. Typing and continued computer use may cause a repetitive strain injury making the wrists, forearms, upper arms, shoulders and neck areas of tension.
The treatment can help you with an assessment, by helping the release of the carpal (wrist) bones by helping to relax the surrounding soft tissues.
This treatment involves working the muscles responsible for nerve entrapments and referred pain. Specific work to the tissues in pain is helpful to maintain muscular balance are relieve pain in the hands.
Pre & Post Event Massage
We will work with you and alongside your exercise professionals such as Physiotherapist, Chiropractic, Osteopaths and Personal Trainers to help you maintain a great level of Range of Mobility (ROM) and lessen Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) throughout any training before an event.
We canl also work with you post-event to help reduce the muscle soreness and help flush out left over lactic acid build up in the body. We recommend 6 treatments to begin with.
