Service Description

The hands are used in all tasks and having mobile devices to hold has made the use of hands change. Typing and continued computer use may cause a repetitive strain injury making the wrists, forearms, upper arms, shoulders and neck areas of tension. The treatment can help you with an assessment, by helping the release of the carpal (wrist) bones by helping to relax the surrounding soft tissues. This treatment involves working the muscles responsible for nerve entrapments and referred pain. Specific work to the tissues in pain is helpful to maintain muscular balance are relieve pain in the hands.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment. To reschedule or cancel an appointment you are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice.
