Service Description

Solve using a combination of sports, deep tissue and trigger point therapy the issues related to a sore neck, shoulders and upper back. Often caused from sudden neck movements or repetitive head positions from working and challenging ergonomics at home or the office. The treatment is specific, engaging yet relaxing. You will be assessed and the areas causing the issue isolated. Your issues in the neck, shoulders and or upper back can be vastly reduced in one session but often takes 3 or 4 sessions to solve an ongoing problem.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment. To reschedule or cancel an appointment you are kindly requested to provide 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will incur 100% of the fee. Polite request to please contact me directly if you need to reschedule due to illness at either hernan@everybodyhealth.co.uk or 07809016139. Bookings without payment are set to auto-expire within a 10 Min window. If you wish to pay cash then please ring to confirm you wish to do this and we also accept debit/credit card on location.
