Areas of the thighs (quads and hamstrings), knees, lower leg (calf and shins, ankles and feet. As regular yoga practitioners and runners we know how much the legs are used in every day to day activities. Our legs power our lives and that is why the muscles in our legs have evolved to be substantial. Issues arriving in these areas are often missed and a detailed assessment can give us information on how the body is using the muscles which may affect the mid to upper body.
